Fijación de tarifas. El Gobierno, cuando proceda a fijar tarifas para la prestación de un servicio, en tanto que dichas tarifas hayan sido elemento determinante de la calificación de viabilidad económica o social de un proyecto, tendrá en cuenta los niveles de éstas que se hubieren determinado en el momento de la evaluación de dicho proyecto, con el fin de procurar, en la medida de lo posible, no alterar la rentabilidad del mismo.
