Predios ubicados en suelos de protección de riesgo. Respecto a los propietarios, ocupantes o poseedores de un inmueble ubicado en áreas o suelos de protección de riesgo que opten voluntariamente por la reubicación como beneficiarios del presente capítulo, en lo que resulte pertinente, se dará aplicación a lo establecido en los artículos 121 de la Ley 388 de 1997, 20 del Decreto número 2372 de 2010 y demás normas reglamentarias.
