Articulo 2.° El que escriba o coloque en sitio público o abierto al público leyenda calumniosa o. injuriosa o que incite al desconocimiento de autoridad legítima o a la alteración del orden público, incurrirá en arresto inconmutable hasta por quince (15) días.
