Normalización pensional. La Empresa Social del Estado Rita Arango Alvarez del Pino en Liquidación deberá presentar el mecanismo de normalización pensional que considere más adecuado para garantizar el pago de sus obligaciones pensionales actuales y eventuales, de conformidad con lo previsto en el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 34 de la Ley 1116 de 2006 y los Decretos 1260 de 2000, 941 de 2002 y 4014 de 2006. El mecanismo de normalización pensional escogido por esta empresa, será aprobado por la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, previo concepto favorable de la Dirección General de Seguridad Económica y Pensiones del Ministerio de la Protección Social.
