° Si la emisión excesiva no hubiere causado perjuicios al Banco ú Oficina de Hacienda, porque ella haya venido á representar el valor de especies metálicas que hayan quedado en el respectivo Banco ú Oficina, los responsables no quedaran obligados á recogerla, pero si serán castigados con la multa de que trata el Artículo 1o. de esta Ley.
