El grado de invalideces, de que tratan los artículos anteriores, se determinara en la forma prevista por el artículo 42 de la Ley 2°. de 1945, y para su reconocimiento se tendrán en cuenta las disposiciones consagradas en los artículos 42 y 44 de la citada Ley.
