El Juez ante quien se presente un escrito de desahucio deberá ordenar, dentro de cuarenta y ocho horas, que se notifique personalmente al arrendatario la terminación del contrato de arrendamiento, y se le prevenga la obligación en que queda de restituir la finca dentro de los términos señalados en el artículo 3.º de esta Ley.
