Inspección, vigilancia y control . Los requisitos establecidos en el presente decreto son objeto de inspección, vigilancia y control por parte del INVIMA y las Entidades Territoriales de Salud, de acuerdo con sus competencias. Igualmente, deberán adoptar las medidas sanitarias de seguridad, adelantar los procesos y aplicar las sanciones a que haya lugar, en el marco de la normatividad sanitaria vigente.
