Artículo Sexto . Con el objeto de garantizar la disponibilidad inmediata de los recursos transferidos en calidad de depósito al Fondo Nacional del Ahorro en virtud de los artículos 19 de la Ley 60 de 1993 y 5 del presente Decreto, los saldos de dichas cuentas especiales a 31 de diciembre de cada año, se entenderán ejecutados presupuestalmente y en consecuencia se constituirán como Reservas de Caja.
