El monto de la deuda pendiente a cargo de una cooperativa y a favor del instituto de crédito territorial, por virtud de préstamos otorgados de acuerdo con la presente Ley no podrán pasar en ningún momento de trescientos mil pesos ($300.000.00).

Tampoco podrá otorgar el Instituto de Crédito Territorial créditos a las cooperativas de habitaciones por préstamos que en total pasen de cuatrocientos mil pesos ($400.000.00) en cada Municipio.
