° El gobierno Nacional ejercerá la inspección técnica y fiscal de las obras del acueducto de Cartagena de acuerdo con los términos de los artículos 1.° y 2.° de la Ley 27 de 1888 y 1.° de la Ley 55 de 1927, y la Contraloría General de la República ejercerá la inspección de que trata el artículo 5.° de la Ley últimamente citada.
