CAMBIO DE CATEGORIA DE NIVEL EJECUTIVO Y PATRULLEROS DE POLICÍA A OFICIAL. El Director General de la Policía Nacional podrá seleccionar aspirantes a Oficiales dentro del personal del Nivel Ejecutivo y Patrulleros de Policía que acrediten título académico de técnico, tecnólogo, o título profesional de formación universitaria, previa solicitud del interesado y cumplimiento de los demás requisitos señalados en el Protocolo de Selección del Personal de la Policía Nacional que establezca el Director General de la Policía Nacional.
