LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 1.° Autorízase al Tesorero jeneral para descontar los pagarés por derechos de importacion a una rata que no esceda del 10 por 100 anual sobre los pagarés de plazo no cumplido, subrogando al endosatario en todos los derechos del fisco sobre los deudores.
