Artículo segundo. Las liquidaciones del impuesto de renta que practiquen las oficinas de Hacienda Nacional con reconocimiento de la exención por la incorporación de capitales, serán enviadas a la Jefatura de Rentas e Impuestos Nacionales, para su aprobación o improbación.
