Los Promotores de Acción Comunal, con ejercicio de funciones en cada Departamento, quedan obligados a vigilar y propender por el cumplimiento de los artículos 22, 23 y 24 de la Ley 19 de 1958 , para lo cual llevarán una estadística completa que establezca la manera como ejerzan estas funciones.
