A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, todas las referencias y/o disposiciones reglamentarias vigentes relacionadas con la Subgerencia de Contratación corresponderán a la Subgerencia de Operaciones. A su vez, las referencias a la Subgerencia Técnica, corresponderán a la Subgerencia de Desarrollo de Proyectos. Finalmente, todas las referencias hechas a la Asesoría Jurídica se entenderán correspondientes a la Oficina Asesora Jurídica.
