La intervención de un BIC solo podrá realizarse bajo la supervisión de profesionales en la materia debidamente registrados ante la autoridad competente. Las autoridades territoriales podrán utilizar el registro del Ministerio de Cultura. Entiéndase por supervisión de intervención, el seguimiento, dirección, control y/o ejecución de la intervención de un BIC.
