º. Petición de partes. Los curadores urbanos ejercerán sus funciones de solicitud de los interesados, quienes acudirán a ellos de acuerdo con la zonificación establecida por la administración municipal o distrital, y velarán por el cumplimiento de las normas establecidas en el plan de ordenamiento territorial o en los estatutos de uso del suelo, urbanismo y construcción. Igualmente, observarán las consultas que se les formulen sobre las materias objeto de su competencia.
