Revisor fiscal. Cada instituto contará con un revisor fiscal el cual tendrá a su cargo certificar los estados financieros, cumplir las funciones que señala el Código de Comercio para el Revisor Fiscal y ejercer el control de gestión y de resultados de la entidad.
