Comisión Legal de Seguimiento a las Actividades de Inteligencia y Contrainteligencia. Esta comisión, sin perjuicio de las demás facultades otorgadas al Congreso de la República por la Constitución y la ley, cumplirá funciones de control y seguimiento político, verificando la eficiencia en el uso de los recursos, el respeto de las garantías constitucionales y el cumplimiento de los principios, límites y fines establecidos en la Ley estatutaria que regula las actividades de inteligencia y contrainteligencia.
