Art. 12. Los acreedores podrán ocurrir al Poder Judicial en el caso de no conformarse con lo resuelto por la Comisión y aprobado por el Poder Ejecutivo, dentro de cuarenta días contados desde la fecha en que se les notifique dicha resolución.

Después de ese término no serán oídos, y solo tendrán derecho a la cantidad fijada por la Comisión.
