Las oficinas de registro expedirán certificados sobre las situaciones jurídicas de los bienes sometidos a registro mediante la reproducción fiel y total de las inscripciones respectivas. La certificación podrá consistir en la transcripción total de los folios de matrícula, o en su reproducción por cualquier sistema que garantice nitidez y durabilidad. En todo caso las certificaciones llevarán firma autorizada e indicación de la fecha en que se expidan.
