Las materias y situaciones no previstas en este Decreto o en sus reglamentos, se resolverán primeramente conforme a las disposiciones generales sobre entidades cooperativas, asociaciones y sociedades que por su naturaleza no sean contrarias a las Asociaciones Mutuales y subsidiariamente, se resolverán conforme a los principios mutualistas generalmente aceptados y a la doctrina.
