La persona o parte obligada a la consignación depositará la cantidad respectiva en la entidad que corresponde, conforme al orden de prelación del articulo anterior, y presentará el comprobante de deposito al Juzgado que conozca del asunto, para que sea agregado, como debe serlo, al expediente respectivo.
