Los rectores reglamentarán el uso de los carros oficiales que posean sus respectivos establecimientos, en forma que sólo presten servicios estrictamente oficiales. Dichos vehículos, en ningún caso serán puestos al servicio de personas particulares y no podrán salir de los límites del Municipio, en el cual están radicados, sino con permiso expreso del Ministerio.
