Diligencias preliminares. Las diligencias preliminares tienen por objeto comprobar la existencias de los hechos o actos que puedan llegar a constituir falta disciplinaria, y determinar los posibles responsables. El Secretario Ejecutivo de la Junta Seccional de Escalafón, una vez practicadas las diligencias dentro del término que se haya señalado, deberá rendir un informe escrito a la Junta Seccional de Escalafón recomendando si debe o no iniciarse la investigación disciplinaria, en un término no mayor de siete (7) días.
