º El operador del servicio de banda ciudadana podrá hacer transmisiones en las frecuencias, tipo de emisión y potencia establecidas en este Decreto. En todo caso los operadores del servicio deberán utilizar un lenguaje decoroso y cortés, estando prohibidas todas aquellas transmisiones destinadas al público, retransmisiones de otros servicios autorizados de telecomunicaciones, o sobre temas religiosos, políticos de seguridad nacional o música.
