Competencia Cuando el lugares es in cierto. Cuando el hecho punible se realizó en varios lugares, en lugar incierto o en el extranjero, es competente el Juez del lugar en que primero se inició la investigación, Si se hubiere iniciado simultáneamente en varios lugares, será competente el Juez del lugar en que fue aprehendido el procesado y, si fueren Varios los capturados, el del lugar en que se llevó a cabo la primera aprehensión.
