°. Modifícase el artículo 5° del Decreto 008 de enero 11 de 1971, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 5°. Los cigarrillos que se importen al país continuarán sujetos a los siguientes requisitos

Las cajetillas o paquetes llevarán impreso el nombre de Colombia en tipo legible, y en letra visible el nombre del importador y de su residencia;

Estas leyendas o palabras deberán ser litografiadas por la respectiva fábrica y no podrán ser estampadas separadamente del producto o por cualquier otro medio de impresión posterior a su elaboración”.
