Vigencias y derogatorias. Este decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y modifica los artículos 3°, 8°, 9°, 10, 13 y 34 del Decreto número 358 de 2000, los artículos 17, 18, 19 y 20 del Decreto número 352 del 2004, y deroga los artículos 20 del Decreto número 358 de 2000 y 65, 66, 71 y 72 del Decreto número 763 de 2009, así como las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
