º . Bonificación póstuma. Los beneficiarios legales del Miembro de la Fuerza Pública o funcionario del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, que muera durante o como consecuencia de su participación en una Operación Calificada de Importancia Nacional, tendrá derecho a que se le reconozca la bonificación de que trata este decreto, en forma póstuma.
