Articulo 1° A partir del 25 de junio del corriente año, el valor mensual del subsidio de tranporte urbano será de un mil cien pesos en efectivo ($ 1.100.00) y quinientos ( $ 500.00) en Bonos de Deuda Pública para los vehículos que presten el servicio de transporte urbano en las ciudades de Bogotá, Cali, Barranquilla, Medellín y Cartagena. En las ciudades de Armenia, Barrancabermeja, Bucaramanga, Buga, Cartago, Cúcuta, Girardot, Ibagué, Montería, Manizales, Neiva, Pereira, Popayán, Palmira, Santa Marta, Sevilla, Tuluá, Villavicencio y Buenaventura, será de setecientos cincuenta pesos en efectivo ($ 750.00) y trescientos cincuenta pesos ($ 350.00) en Bonos de Deuda Pública. En la ciudad de Pasto será de ochocientos cincuenta pesos ($850.00) en efectivo, y trescientos cincuenta pesos ($ 350.00) en Bonos de Deuda Pública.
