Los miembros de las diversas corporaciones que por la presente Ley se establecen, así se les llame representantes o delegados, no ejercen sus funciones en representación o delegación del sector en que se origina su designación, sino que están obligados a ejercerla en beneficio de la Universidad entera, y sólo deberán actuar en función exclusiva de su bienestar y progreso.
