El Director del Fondo Financiero Agropecuario podrá prorrogar los créditos vigentes, en caso de pérdida por causas imprevisibles, naturales o de mercado, previo concepto favorable del Comité Administrador del mismo Fondo, que se pronunciara por vía general, señalando los productos, las zonas geográficas afectadas y los requisitos a que debe someterse cada solicitud.
