º En todo aquello que no contravenga el régimen legal o la naturaleza de los Fondos Mutuos de Inversión, se aplicará a la Asamblea de sus Miembros, las normas del Código de Comercio que rigen la Asamblea General de Accionistas en lo relativo a su composición, convocatoria, actas, reuniones de segunda convocatoria y reuniones por derecho propio.
