º Las entidades del sector público que hubieren otorgado comisiones de estudio con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto, podrán ajustarlas a lo señalado en el mismo, a solicitud del interesado, si se satisfacen las exigencias de los artículos 1º y 2º.
