º Las entidades a que se refiere la Ley 20 de 1974, y que de acuerdo con el régimen de legislación canónica tengan el carácter de Conferencias Episcopales y de Superiores Mayores, Iglesias Particulares Parroquias y Seminarios, se regirán según lo dispuesto por el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 2, y por el artículo 5º del Decreto 1990 de junio 24 de 1986. El certificado de existencia y representación será expedido, para los efectos pertinentes, por la autoridad eclesiástica respectiva, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley 20 de 1974.
