º . Adiciónase el artículo 10 del Decreto 2590 de 2003 con el siguiente

Parágrafo 2

El Gerente Liquidador del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en Liquidación podrá, de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 301, numeral 11 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y 50, literal b) del Decreto 2211 de 2004, suscribir los contratos y convenios que considere necesarios para la administración y realización de los activos de la liquidación, así como para la atención de las situaciones no definidas que pudieran subsistir al momento de la terminación de la existencia legal del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en Liquidación".
