º OPERACIONES DE CREDITOS DE LIQUIDEZ. Los organismos cooperativos de grado superior de carácter financiero podrán otorgar créditos o descontar la cartera de crédito concedida por las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito a efectos de cubrir la iliquidez transitoria que éstas puedan presentar, siempre y cuando las garantías que respalden los mencionados créditos sean reales, en todos los casos, y tengan por lo menos un valor comercial de un 130% del total del préstamo.
