º. Secretaría General. Son funciones de la Secretaría General

Producir y compilar la doctrina jurídica institucional; articular intereses corporativos a través de unidad de criterios que simplifique, homologuen y optimicen los procesos y procedimientos legales.

Representar judicial y administrativamente a la Policía Nacional, asesorar al Director General en aspectos legales, notariales, jurídicos y emitir conceptos bajo su responsabilidad.

Velar por la legalidad de los actos, contratos y convenios que deba suscribir el Director General y/o sus delegados.
