Art. 50. La Oficina general de Cuentas, después de que haya examinado aquellas á que se refiere el inciso 2º del artículo 13, dará aviso al Gobierno del déficit que resulte á cargo del Tesoro por razón de la garantía ó subvención á alguna empresa. Sin este aviso, el Gobierno no ordenará el pago de ninguna suma.
