Art. 3. ° Crease en la Secretaría del Tesoro una Sección, llamada de carnicerías oficiales, encargada de intervenir en todo lo relativo a este negociado. Esta Sección será servida por un Jefe, con la dotación de cien pesos ($ 100) mensuales, y un Tenedor de libros escribiente, con la de cincuenta pesos ($50) mensuales.
