Repealed

Art 39. Cada Registrador tendrá un suplente que será nombrado de la misma manera que el principal, a quien reemplazará por falta temporal. Si la falta fuere absoluta se encargará del destino hasta que el principal sea reemplazado.

Revalídanse los actos en que han intervenido los Registradores suplentes nombrados con anterioridad a la vigencia de la presente Ley; siempre que dichos actos no hayan dado lugar a pleito que esté pendiente.
