ARTICULO 109 . Muerte con doce años de servicio . Para los efectos del artículo 193 del Decreto número 1211 de 1990, el monto de la pensión por fallecimiento de un Oficial o Suboficial por accidente en misión del servicio o por causas inherentes al mismo será del cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la suma que resultare del sueldo básico correspondiente al grado más las partidas computables para prestaciones sociales, según el tiempo de servicio que se acreditare a la fecha del fallecimiento del Oficial o Suboficial.
