LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

ARTICULO 424-7. Otros bienes excluidos del impuesto a las ventas. Los empaques y bolsas de papel destinados a la venta al detal de los alimentos agropecuarios de la canasta familiar básica, en tiendas, graneros, panaderías y plazas de mercado, se encuentran excluidos del impuesto sobre las ventas, para lo cual deberá acreditarse tal condición en la forma como lo señale el reglamento.
