REVOCATORIA DIRECTA. Sólo procederá la revocatoria directa prevista en el Código Contencioso Administrativo, cuando el contribuyente no hubiere interpuesto los recursos por la vía gubernativa. Artículo 737 . OPORTUNIDAD. El término para ejercitar la revocatoria directa será de dos (2) años a partir de la ejecutoria del correspondiente acto administrativo.
