Registro de Reparaciones Administrativas . Con el fin de contribuir a la construcción y conservación de la memoria histórica, el Comité de Reparaciones Administrativas, a través de la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional-Acción Social, llevará un registro de las víctimas de los grupos armados organizados al margen de la ley que hubieren sido beneficiarios de reparación, y de las medidas de reparaciones otorgadas.
