ARTICULO 2.1.1.3.3 . REGLAS SOBRE CHEQUES FISCALES. De conformidad con el

Parágrafo

del artículo 1º de la ley 1a de 1980, está prohibido a las entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, acreditar o abonar en cuentas particulares cheques girados a nombre de las entidades públicas.
