Artículo eliminado por el inciso primero del artículo 1 del decreto 1242 de 2013.

Obrar de manera profesional, con la diligencia exigible a un experto prudente y diligente en la administración de carteras colectivas, observando la política de inversión de la cartera colectiva y el reglamento.

Guardar la reserva de ley respecto de los negocios y de la información a la que tengan acceso en razón de sus funciones.

Poner en conocimiento del comité de vigilancia cualquier situación que pueda dar lugar a un conflicto de interés y seguir las recomendaciones efectuadas por dicho órgano sobre la prevención, manejo y revelación de tales conflictos. Vigente desde: 15/07/2010 y hasta el: 13/06/2013
