Art. 296. De la sentencia que concede el amparo se dará al interesado las copias que solicite, bien sea que se haya dictado en primera o segunda instancia: pero si se dieren de la pronunciada en primera instancia, y de esta sentencia se hubiere interpuso la apelación, se expresara precisamente en las copias esta circunstancia.
